Charging your lunch is a privilege. One cannot go to McDonald's and charge a meal. Lunch at Claypool is the same way. We allow a 3 day grace period for students to get lunch money into the office/cafeteria.

Looking for a special Christmas gift for an educator? Let the Warsaw Education Foundation help you recognize your special educator by participating in the Honor an Educator Program. The packages are available now through December 3, 2013.
With a contribution to the Warsaw Education Foundation in honor of any Warsaw Community Schools' educator, the Foundation will send an "Honored Educator" pennant or engraved pin for workplace display and your personal note to the honoree. Educators include any staff person within Warsaw Community Schools.
Parents and students may wish to honor their favorite teachers, bus drivers, school secretaries, custodians, principals, cooks, school nurses or volunteers. Members of the community may wish to thank a friend or neighbor who is an employee of Warsaw Community Schools.

Due to yesterday's weather, our preschool teachers came up with a great indoor activity for their students. They trekked down to the cafeteria where the food drive cans are being collected and they put to use their stacking, counting, and measuring skills they have been working on! This Week November 4th-8th: We are hosting our annual food drive! In support of the WCS Mission, the Claypool Knights will be enriching lives of others by collecting non-perishable food items for the Silver Lake Food Pantry. Please join us in supporting our local communities by bringing in non-perishable food items on the appropriate days listed below:
Monday: Wear green and bring something green! Tuesday: Wear orange or yellow and bring something orange or yellow! Wednesday: Wear purple and bring pasta! Thursday: Wear red and bring something red! Friday: If you bring in any three items, wear your slippers all day!
Tuesday, November 5: Chess Club after school until 5 p.m.
Friday, November 8: Kids N Cops from 6-8 p.m.
Future Events Monday, November 11: A student speed stacking challenge will be held after school until 5 p.m. Basketball Game @ Warsaw Christian @ 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 12: Chess Club after school until 5 p.m.
Thursday, November 14: The whole family is invited to get involved in a family speed stacking challenge from 5-6 p.m. Want to order some speed stacks? Make sure to check them out or order them here: http://www.speedstacks.com/go/(The deadline for these orders is November 27th.)

You can order books online now through October 23rd. All orders will be charged 7% sales tax and free shipping to the school will be provided. If you are interested in ordering books for your student's birthday or Christmas, our librarian, Mrs. Smith, has agreed to work with you to get your order to you without your child knowing. The book fair will be open in the Claypool Library from October 16th-October 23rd. Please feel free to browse the book fair during Parent Teacher Conferences. The hours can be found at the link above.
