Gallery: Claypool vs. Sacred Heart

Claypool Knights did an excellent job against Sacred Heart this week. Our Knights showed teamwork and communication on the field and on the court. Our soccer team came away with a win and despite their best work, our girls volleyball team took a loss. No matter the outcome of any of our games, whether win or lose, we are proud of all of our Knights for giving their best!

ISTEP+ Status

This year's ISTEP scores will be released several months later than expected due to an "ongoing review of test items" by vendor CTB/McGraw-Hill.

The Indiana Department of Education issued a statement informing the public of the incident, acknowledging that "the process is not ideal and is deeply frustrating for all involved."

The department expects cut scores -- the scores determining whether a student passes, fails or receives a "Pass+" on the assessment -- to be available in early October, with students' scores being released in the spring of 2016, according to the statement. The releast of accountability grades, the A-F letter grade schools and corporations receive annually that are often figured into educator evaluations, will also be pushed back.
